Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ cup milk or almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pantry108 Freeze-Dried Apples
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend banana, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes until smooth.
- Add freeze-dried apples and pulse for a few seconds.
- Pour into a glass, top with extra apple pieces, and enjoy!
🍎 🥝 🥭 Freeze-dried fruits are absolutely brilliant! They retain all their natural delicious flavours, vibrant colours, and nutritional goodness without any added sugars or chemical preservatives mucking things up. They're an excellent source of vitamins, fibre, and those marvellous antioxidants - making them a proper treat for your breakfast routine. And since they're lightweight and keep well in the cupboard, you've always got these little treasures on hand when you fancy giving your morning meal a nutritious twist. They're my favourite way to liven up porridge on a dreary morning!
