Shipping Policy:

1. Order Processing Time:

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods:

- We ship all orders with a range of different carriers including Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS, and Purolator.

3. Shipping Costs:

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

- We offer free shipping for orders over $100. (Excluding Some Discounts & Promos)

4. Delivery Times:

- Estimated delivery times vary by shipping carrier and destination.Ā 

-You will receive a tracking number for your shipment, so you can follow your package’s progress.

5. Shipping Insurance:

- All shipments are insured by the carrier for any damages that occur during transit.

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt, and we will guide you through the claim process with the carrier.

6. Damaged Goods:

-If the product arrives damaged please email us at Pantry108@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product, as well as your order number, within 7 calendar days.

- We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Delivery Address:

- Please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

8. International Shipping:

- We currently only ship within Canada.

9. Changes to Delivery Policy:

- We reserve the right to update or change our delivery policy. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or updated on this page.
