Ingredients:

  • 100g flour 
  • 100g butter 
  • 100g sugar 
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon 5.
  • 50g Pantry 108 fruit of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6) and line a cupcake tin with paper cases.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in the flour and add the eggs. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Stir in the ground cinnamon, adjusting to your taste preference.
  5. Gently fold in the Pantry108 freeze-dried fruit to distribute evenly.
  6. Spoon the batter into the cupcake cases, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cupcakes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a fluffy texture or allow to cool for a denser consistency.
