Chocolate Bark with Pantry108 Freeze-Dried Fruit
Ingredients:
- 12oz chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
- ¾ cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, pecans)
- ¾ cup pretzels, crushed
- ¼ cup Pantry108 freeze-dried strawberries or cranberries
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and roast for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let them cool, then chop into smaller pieces.
- Crush the pretzels and mix them with the Pantry108 freeze-dried fruit and roasted nuts.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
